With 30 years of experience working with hundreds of businesses in over 50 different industries and involved in 12 start-ups ,entrepreneurship is in his blood. He is the author of three books, Ultimate Breakthrough Planning: The Business Funnel Approach and Business Planning on a Bar Napkin. His third book which is a reflection of his experiences during the financial crisis of 2008-09 is The Sweet Spot: Where Business Strategy, Positive Psychology and Faith Principles Converge. He also serves as the Director of the Certificate of Integrated Leadership at the Benedictine Leadership Institute at Mount Marty University.
